Peter and Lucy, owners of « Casa Belavista Belmonte », provide you with a nice apartment of 90 Sq on the 1st floor of the villa with its roof terrace of 60 Sq. The entirety of this space is exclusively reserved for you. Enjoy the garden and the swimming pool where deckchairs await you for sunbathing. The accessibility of the apartment is on one level.

The apartment consists of :
- a comfortable living room opened onto a dining room with access to a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the garden ;

- a large fitted kitchen with access to the terraces ;
- a first bedroom with private bathroom : 1 double bed 180 cm x 200 cm (King Size), 1 shower, 1 washbasin and WC ;
- a second bedroom with private bathroom : 2 separate beds of 90 cm x 200 cm (possibility of bringing the 2 beds together in « King size » double bed), 1 bath 1 washbasin and WC ;
- storage spaces in the 2 bedrooms ;
- 1 additional WC in the main entrance hall ;
- large sunny terraces bordering the apartment and providing direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.

On the large terrace of the apartment which overlooks the garden, enjoy a gas barbecue and a large table for your diners with family or friends.
